The Japanese have the famous "tea drinking" ceremony,
but the Kyrgyz have their "besh-barmak" ceremony. It's a ceremony
held as part of the meal when a sheep is slaughtered and cooked. You have a
unique opportunity to take part in this ceremony, beginning with the sacrifice
ceremony and ending with the Farewell to guests
Itinerary
| Day 1 | Depart from Bishkek, enjoying a picnic on the way to the place where the ceremony will be held. The sacrifice ceremony and the whole ceremony of cooking the sheep, will be demonstrated to you. If you wish, you can take part in this ceremony. Stay overnight with Kyrgyz families. |
| Day 2 |
Free day. You can rest or go walking and/or riding a horse. If you wish, you can see the process of baking Kyrgyz national bread. Return to Bishkek. |
